Preparation:

  1. Place hemp seeds and water in a blender. You can create a desired thickness by using more or less water. Blend for two minutes until thick and creamy.
    You may enjoy the milk as is, or strain it through a nut bag for a smoother consistency.

  2. For additional flavor, you may add vanilla or raw coco powder.
  3. For a sweeter version, add a ripe banana, dates, raw honey, or agave syrup.
  4. Store the Hemp Milk in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake before serving.
